BuMaLatex is a concentrated latex admix which is diluted with water on site and then mixed with ready mixed mortar or Portland cement and sand at site to make cement plasters, renders, coatings, mortar beds, tile adhesive or screeds for concrete repairs. Portland cement mortars which have been modified with BuMaLatex have a greatly improved physical characteristic and can be used in exterior, interior, as well as underwater plasters, screeds and renders. USES

• Mix with cement to make cement slurry with high adhesion for bonding new sreeds to concrete
• Mix with cement and sand to make screed with low water absorption ratio
• Mix with cement and sand to make plaster, repair mortar with low water absorption ratio
• Mix with tile adhesive BuMaFix to increase quality when using for swimming pool, water tank or install tile, stone in exterior
• Typical properties of mortars made with BuMaLatex diluted 1:3 with water and mixed Sc300
