Delivery and payment policy

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY

Delivery coverage, freight charges, inspection on receipt and payment methods

Code: CS-CCO-05 · Version 1.0 · Effective: 01/09/2026

Article 1. Delivery principles

1.1. BUMATECH product prices are published as EX-WORKS PRICES AT THE FACTORY WAREHOUSE (Tay Ninh), excluding freight.

1.2. Customers may arrange their own transport or ask the Company to assist in hiring a vehicle; freight is quoted separately for each order and shown as a separate line on the quotation and invoice.

The Company does NOT offer free delivery based on order value. Reason: the products are heavy goods sold by the tonne, and freight varies greatly with distance — separating the price of goods from freight is the most transparent and fair approach for customers in every region.

Article 2. Delivery coverage and lead times

  • Zone 1. Coverage: Tay Ninh and inner Ho Chi Minh City. Estimated lead time: 1–2 working days. Note: delivered by scheduled trips, with same-day consolidation of orders where possible.
  • Zone 2. Coverage: South-East region: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. Estimated lead time: 2–3 working days.
  • Zone 3. Coverage: Mekong Delta (South-West region). Estimated lead time: 3–5 working days. Note: trips consolidated weekly to optimise freight.
  • Zone 4. Coverage: Central Vietnam. Estimated lead time: 5–7 working days. Note: applies to orders of 1 tonne or more, or high-value product groups.
  • Zone 5. Coverage: Northern Vietnam. Estimated lead time: 7–10 working days. Note: priority given to waterproofing, admixtures and speciality products.

2.1. Lead times run from order confirmation and completion of the applicable payment conditions, and exclude public holidays and force majeure events (natural disasters, prolonged traffic disruption, epidemics).

2.2. For large orders or made-to-order products, the delivery time is advised specifically at order confirmation.

Article 3. Freight charges

3.1. Freight is calculated by weight, delivery zone and vehicle type; the Company quotes freight before the customer confirms the order.

3.2. Additional costs that may arise and are advised in advance: loading and unloading at the delivery point · access fees for truck-restricted areas · waiting charges if the delivery point is not ready to receive goods at the agreed time.

3.3. The customer must ensure access suitable for the agreed vehicle type and have a person available to receive the goods at the agreed time.

Article 4. Inspection on receipt

4.1. The customer has the right, and is encouraged, to INSPECT THE GOODS before signing for receipt, including: checking type, specification and quantity against the delivery note · checking packaging condition · checking expiry date and batch number.

4.2. If any discrepancy or damage is found, the customer draws up a record with the delivery person at the time of receipt and notifies the Company within 24 hours, with photos.

4.3. Once the customer has signed for receipt without comment, the goods are deemed delivered correctly and in full as to quantity, type and external condition. Complaints about internal quality remain admissible under the Product Warranty Policy.

Article 5. Payment methods

  • Bank transfer. Applicable to: all customers. Note: transfer to the Company account stated on the quotation/contract; the transfer description must state the order number.
  • Cash. Applicable to: small orders at the factory or office. Note: subject to the law on non-cash payment for business transactions.
  • Deposit + payment before delivery. Applicable to: new customers and large orders. Note: deposit ratio as agreed for each order.
  • Credit terms under contract. Applicable to: distributors and project customers with a signed contract. Note: only where a credit limit has been approved by the General Director.

5.1. An order is confirmed and scheduled for delivery only once the customer has completed the applicable payment conditions.

Article 6. Invoices and documents

6.1. The Company issues an electronic VAT invoice in accordance with the law for every order.

6.2. Published prices exclude value-added tax unless otherwise stated. The applicable tax rate is that in force at the time of invoicing.

6.3. The customer provides complete invoicing details (entity name, tax code, address) when placing the order; where incorrect details require an invoice adjustment, the parties cooperate to resolve this in accordance with tax regulations.
