1.1. The website bumatech.vn is owned and operated by BUMATECH COMPANY LIMITED and is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
1.2. By accessing the website, registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the related policies: Personal Data Processing Policy · Return and Refund Policy · Product Warranty Policy · Delivery and Payment Policy · Complaint Handling Policy.
1.3. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2.1. You provide accurate and complete information when registering and update it when it changes.
2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials; all transactions made through your account are deemed to be made by the account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the Company immediately.
2.3. The Company may suspend or terminate an account upon detecting: false registration details · fraudulent conduct · use of the website to cause damage, collect data without authorisation or engage in unfair competition.
3.1. Product information and prices on the website are indicative at the time of display. An order becomes binding only when CONFIRMED by the Company by phone, email or message.
3.2. The Company may refuse or cancel an order where: the product is out of stock · order details are inaccurate · signs of fraud are detected · the displayed price is incorrect due to a technical error. Where the customer has already paid, the Company refunds in full within 07 working days.
3.3. Prices may change with raw material costs; the applicable price is the price at the time the Company confirms the order.
4.1. All content on the website — trademarks, logos, product images, technical documents, drawings, videos and articles — is owned by the Company or used by the Company under lawful rights.
4.2. You may download and use technical documents, drawings and catalogues for the purpose of applying BUMATECH products and advising on projects that use them.
4.3. The following are prohibited: copying website content for the commercial purposes of another party · using the BUMATECH trademark in a misleading manner · altering technical documents and reissuing them · using website content to promote products not made by the Company.
a) Unauthorised access, vulnerability scanning or distribution of malicious code; b) Automated data collection (crawling, scraping) without the Company's written consent; c) Posting content that violates the law or defames any organisation or individual; d) Impersonating the Company or its staff; e) Using the website to carry out fraudulent transactions.
6.1. The Company strives to keep website information accurate and up to date, but typographical errors, illustrative images or information not yet updated cannot be excluded. The binding information is that in the latest Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and in signed contracts and quotations.
6.2. The Company is not liable for website interruptions due to technical incidents, maintenance or causes beyond its control.
6.3. The website may contain links to third-party sites; the Company is not responsible for the content of those sites.
The Company may amend these Terms and will publish the updated version on the website with its effective date. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam.
8.2. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation under the Complaint Handling Policy; failing that, they shall be brought before the competent People's Court in accordance with the law.
