The BUMATECH Employee Handbook 2027 is a companion for every member of the company: what to know, what to do and what you are entitled to when working at BUMATECH. It summarises the Internal Labour Regulations, the internal regulations and the policies currently in force, presented in the company's new brand identity with the BUMABU mascot.

The handbook has 7 parts with 24 sections and 2 appendices. It opens with a welcome letter from the Chief Executive Officer built around the spirit of "Hiệp đồng" (acting in concert) for 2027, the six Lục Hoà core values, and the company's history, mission, vision and organisational structure.

The following parts cover corporate culture and the Code of Conduct; working hours, timekeeping, annual leave and public holidays; rules on email, cybersecurity and data protection; occupational safety and 5S; factory and warehouse rules; and conduct on project sites.

On pay and development, the handbook introduces the 3P salary system, bonuses and benefits; recruitment, probation and onboarding; training and career paths; KPI-based performance evaluation; and the principles of labour discipline and termination of employment under the Labour Code 2019.

The final part is devoted to sustainability: the ESG commitment and strategy for 2026–2030, ESG conduct for employees, department contact points, the feedback procedure, the anonymous feedback channel and the channel for improvement initiatives.
