BuMaLATEX is a modified styrene-butadiene emulsion admixture that can be diluted with water on-site and mixed with pre-blended mortars or Portland cement/sand mixes to produce screeds, renders, waterproofing mortars, tile adhesives, or repair mortars for damaged concrete. Mortars prepared with BuMaLATEX exhibit enhanced mechanical and physical properties, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, as well as for screeding, rendering, and plastering in continuously wet or submerged conditions.
